My Lords,

I do not think it necessary for me in this case to take time to consider my opinion. I so entirely agree with the observations of the Commission that I am content to adopt them as my own.

The questions referred to the Court by the Centrale Raad van Beroep should in my opinion be answered in the manner suggested by the Commission.
