By document registered at the Court Registry on 28 April 1983 Mr Stavridis brought an action, without doing so through a lawyer, against the European Parliament relating to the conduct of open competition PE/74/LA for the recruitment of translators of Greek mother tongue.
By letter of 18 May 1983 the Registrar requested Mr Stavridis pursuant to Article 38 (7) of the Rules of Procedure to put his application in order before 11 June 1983 by causing it to be submitted by a lawyer.
As Mr Stavridis did not take the opportunity of putting his application in order within the period prescribed, his application must be declared inadmissible and removed from the register of the Court.
