Commission of the European Communities,
applicant,
v
Hellenic Republic,
defendant.
By letter of 23 July 1985, which was received at the Court Registry on 24 July 1985, the applicant informed the Court that it was withdrawing its action and requested that the Hellenic Republic be ordered to pay the costs.
By telecopier message of 23 August 1985, which was received at the Court Registry on the same day, the Government of the Hellenic Republic informed the Court that it consents to the withdrawal of the action by the Commission and that it leaves the question of costs to the Court.
