makes the following
Order
In a document lodged at the Court Registry on 9 November 1987, the applicant informed the Court, in accordance with Article 78 of the Rules of Procedure, that it wished to discontinue the proceedings and asked the Court to order the parties to bear their own costs.
By a telex message received at the Court Registry on 26 November 1987, the defendant took note of the discontinuance and raised no objection to the parties' bearing their own costs.
On those grounds,
THE COURT
hereby orders as follows:
(1) Case 11/86 is removed from the Register of the Court.
(2) The parties are ordered to bear their own costs.
