OPINION OF THE ADVOCATE GENERAL

Mr Advocate General Darmon delivered his Opinion on 11 October 1989. * He proposed that the Court should declare that:

'The first paragraph of Article 6 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1964/82 of 20 July 1982 must be interpreted as meaning that the grant of the special refund is subject to the exportation of the total quantity of pieces of hindquarters placed under supervision; however, in the event that a single fillet of meat, representing an insignificant proportion of the total quantity thus defined, is missing, where there is objectively no question of bad faith on the part of the exporter, the exporter may, exceptionally, be granted the special refund for the hindquarters actually exported.'
