OPINION OF THE ADVOCATE GENERAL

Mr Advocate General Van Gerven delivered his Opinion on 16 March 1989. * He concluded that the Court should rule as follows:

Heading 97.03 of the Common Customs Tariff, as annexed to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3000/80, must be interpreted as covering articles known as 'magic cubes'.
