OPINION OF T H E ADVOCATE GENERAL

Mr Advocate General Lenz delivered his Opinion on 12 December 1989. * He concluded by proposing that the Court should reply as follows to the question submitted to it for a preliminary ruling by the cour du travail, Mons:

'It follows from Article l(r) of Regulation No 3 and Article l(r) of Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 that the periods which may be treated as periods of insurance are determined solely by reference to domestic legislation.'
